Tenko Matcha by Hekisuien 30g
Tenko is the richest matcha in our Hekisuien collection. It's got a creamy deep umami with a satisfying complexity. The texture is fluffy and light with a whisper of toasty notes. It's exceptionally smooth and full and makes an excellent koicha or usucha. We really don't recommend it for lattes or matcha-based beverages as you will lose all the complexity that makes Tenko so special.
Tenko is a stone-milled blend of shade grown, rested tencha. Hekisuien has been making tea since 1867 and has been recognized as Kyō no Shinise (a long-established Kyoto business).
