2026 Tủa Chùa Snow Shan Green from Vietnam
We are total suckers for Vietnamese green teas, and this one does not disappoint. From Tủa Chùa, a high district in Điện Biên province of northwest Vietnam, where old growth snow shan trees grow at about 1400 meters elevation. This tea is very well-balanced, smooth, and rather light. We get aromas of peach and soft florals - it's not particularly vegetal. There is a crisp minerality to it that is very enjoyable.
