Sticky Rice Ripe Puerh Tuocha (Nuomi Xiang)
These Sticky Rice Ripe Puerh Tuocha are little mini tuos of ripe puerh from Yunnan, pressed together with the sticky rice herb, nuomi xiang, which gives the tea the aroma of cooked sticky rice. The cup is mild, cozy, smooth and with a very fluid mouthfeel. An easy, comforting ripe puerh.
There is no actual rice in this tea. The rice aroma comes only from the natural scent of the herb, which has a long history of being blended with tea. Each mini tuocha is approximately 8 grams (they vary a bit), a convenient single serving.
