Osada Organically Grown Kogamo Matcha
This is a real gem of an affordable organically grown matcha. It's very approachable, with a lovely sweetness and mild creaminess. There is a hint of toastiness to it from the baking level. It foams very well and has great color. It is mildly astringent, but fairly well balanced and so still tastes nice as an usucha as well as a latte. If you're on a budget and looking for an organically cultivated matcha, this is a excellent pick!
