Miyazaki Organically Grown Kuki Hojicha
Woodsy and exceptionally smooth, this hojicha from Miyazaki is made from the stems of pan-fired kamairicha. It's slowly roasted for more than two hours, making the liquor nutty, toasty, and inviting with very little caffeine. It's perfect anytime of day, but particularly when you want something exceptionally yummy, but don't need your nerves hyped up with caffeine.
Made by Isshin-en in Hinokage, Miyazaki. This farm does not use pesticides or chemical fertilizers and is certified organic.
