This Samidori-based blend draws from first flush leaves grown across the Kyoto region and is stone ground on a traditional ishi-usu, balancing quality and accessibility in a way that's hard to find at this price point.

In the bowl, expect a thick, multidimensional cup with balanced creaminess and nice chlorophyll character. A fleeting touch of bitterness gives way to gentle sweetness in the finish, with subtle toasty and fruity undertones adding depth. Foams beautifully.
