Matcha Isuzu is in the principal lineup from Marukyu Koyamaen, a famous and multiple award winning Japanese matcha company established over 300 years ago. It offers a good balance between aroma, astringency, umami, and bitter. This Uji matcha is suitable for beginners and makes an excellent matcha latte. It's a bit more bold than the Aoarashi, which is the matcha just previous to this one in the Marukyu Koyamaen principal lineup.
Choose between a 40 gram can or a 100 gram bag (not pictured).
