Chigi no Shiro Matcha by Marukyu Koyamaen
Chigi no Shiro Matcha is a bright, grassy, light matcha with a delicious creaminess. This is the third matcha in Marukyu Koyamaen's principal matcha lineup, just above Aoarashi and Isuzu. It is suitable for thin matcha (usucha), lattes, and as a culinary tea.
Marukyu Koyamaen is a historic and extremely popular matcha company with a long list of first prizes and awards. Founded in 1704 in Uji, Kyoto Prefecture, they are known for their consistently high quality matcha and their meticulous production methods.
Choose between a 40 gram can or a 100 gram bag (not pictured).
