2025 White2Tea Jonia Charcoal Roasted White Tea
White2Tea's Jonia is a 2024 harvest old arbor sun-dried white tea from Yunnan that Paul sent to Fujian to be charcoal roasted by veteran Wuyi oolong tea makers. It's a captivating and complex white tea. It's not particularly floral, more of a nutty and lightly woodsy tea with aromatics that are reminiscent of hot cocoa.
Each cake is approximately 200 grams.
