Yuzu Kukicha is one of our favorite seasonal teas. It's a smooth and mild base tea of kukicha with dried Yuzu peel (a delicious Japanese citrus fruit) and matcha. If you haven't tried Yuzu before, it has a complex profile that is somewhat like a cross between grapefruit and mandarin orange with a beautiful slight floral note and a touch of bitterness.
