Shui Xian White Tea

From teamaker Cindy Chen and her family, this Shui Xian White is an outstanding and delicious tea.  It's very rare to find a white tea from Wuyishan, especially one that would otherwise have been made into a rock oolong.    

The tea is mild and refreshing with crisp notes of apple, melon, and cucumber.  The mouthfeel is not as delicate as say a Silver Needle type tea, but it is still a light-bodied tea.  The aftertaste is both sweet and minerally with a hint of watermelon rind aromatics.  Overall the this is a very special tea, cooling and fresh with huge gorgeous leaves.
