Dynamic and bright with a light grassy quality and a sense of upward energy. Well-balanced and rich without heaviness, with a clean, refreshing character and a lighter umami profile than many ceremonial matchas. A sweet, dense aftertaste lingers nicely. Subtle bitterness may be present but never dominates. Mild and smooth as a latte, though this matcha really shines whisked in a bowl.
