Osada Organically Grown Kogamo Matcha
This is a real gem of a matcha. It's very approachable, with a lovely sweetness and quite an addictive touch of toastiness. It's organically grown by the Osada Tea Company which is overseen by Osada Natsumi. Osada-san is a fourth generation tea master and 8th level national tea appraiser. This matcha is stone ground and mountain grown in Shizuoka, Japan.
Each order is for 30 grams which is approximately 15 bowls of tea using a traditional 2 gram serving.
