This single-cultivar sencha showcases the Kanaya Midori cultivar. Kanaya Midori is a relatively new cultivar known for its milky aroma, creamy sweetness, and high amino acid content. The tea steeps full flavored, sweet, and satisfying with a vibrant green liquor. Fukamushi processing lends itself to fuller body and enhanced smoothness, creating a cloudy brew with fine particles that deliver more of the leaf's nutrients in every cup.
