Irish Breakfast (Organic)
The Irish love strong drink and their tea is no exception to that rule. We present you with an Irish Breakfast tea made in the cut tear curl fashion to maximize the strength, color, and caffeine content of the tea. In that way it will steep up into a tea strong enough for the church mouse to run across its surface while barely wetting his wee toes.
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 to 4 minutes with boiling water. It is good with milk and/or sweetener.
