This harvest from Halmari Estate in Assam, India is the most complex of our 2025 second flush offerings. The tea shows lovely fruit and floral notes with a medium body and moderate astringency. The complexity of the tea shines through even with the addition of milk, making it quite special.
Halmari Estate is among the most awarded tea producers in India, and has been producing sought after black teas for over 100 years. They are widely known for producing teas with attention to detail and quality as well as bringing in agroforestry practices into their tea fields.
