Ancient Pottery Stoneware Teapot from Japan
The Ancient Pottery Teapot from CHIPS is made of durable Mino Province stoneware. It has a gorgeous soft speckled appearance made by mixing iron granules with glaze. The teapot holds 16.9 ounces (500 ml) and comes with a mesh tea strainer. The size makes it suitable for one to two people. These teapots have matching cups here.
Each pot is made individually and so there may be slight variations among them. Because the pots are stoneware, they may develop a distinctive patina with use from the natural chemical reactions that occur with over time.
