Organic Matcha by Osada Tea

This is a real gem of an organic matcha.   It's very approachable, with a lovely sweetness and quite an addictive light touch of toastiness.  It's organically grown by the Osada Tea Company, which is overseen by Osada Natsumi, a fourth generation tea master and 8th level national tea appraiser.  This matcha is stone ground and mountain grown in Shizuoka, Japan. 

Ground in August 2023, a blend of Gokou and Yabukita. 

Each order is for 30 grams which is approximately 15 bowls of tea using a traditional 2 gram serving.
