Featuring a blend of Okumidori, Yabukita, and Saemidori, this matcha makes a great usucha with lingering notes of cashew butter and fresh cut spring grass. As a latte, Yame Matcha Silver is clean and smooth, with notes of cashew milk and gentle bright green end notes.
