Tsuji Uji Matcha
Our Tsuji Uji Matcha is a barista grade matcha blend from legendary matcha maker Tsuji Kiyoharu, winner of the 2017 Prime Minister's Award for Agriculture. This blend was specifically crafted by Tsuji to be the base for high-end matcha beverages, showcasing the bright, complex flavors that Uji is known for.
Very bright flavor with creamy custard notes, chlorophyll and wheatgrass character, hints of milk chocolate, and toasted sesame undertones. Medium minerality with a clean finish. While good as usucha, this matcha was designed to excel in lattes and matcha-based drinks where its vibrant flavors really shine through.
