Organic Himalayan Spring from Jun Chiyabari
Organic Himalayan Spring is bright, fresh, and invigorating very light black tea from Jun Chiyabari Tea Garden in Dhankuta, Nepal. The extreme high elevation of the tea coupled with the very early spring plucking and a hard wither make this tea really more of a hybrid green-black style. It is crisp with bright florals, reminiscent of first flush Darjeeling teas.
