From the Nigale estate in Nepal comes a tea we look forward to every year. The honeysuckle and other floral notes paired with the sweetness of this tea just take our breath away. While the tea is complex and certainly an artisanal product, it's also deliciously easy to enjoy and requires little fuss to steep correctly.

Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to slightly more than a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with 180-degree water.
