Fugetsu Resin Matcha Whisk - Made in Japan
A durable resin alternative to the traditional bamboo chasen, made in Japan by Fugetsu from food-safe polypropylene (the same material used in baby bottles). Resin whisks are an excellent choice for anyone who whisks matcha with milk, sweeteners, or other additions, since dairy and oils can shorten the life of a bamboo whisk and are difficult to fully clean from porous bamboo tines. Resin solves both problems: the tines do not absorb liquid, will not splinter or break, and the whole whisk disassembles for thorough cleaning.
