Shou Mei is an affordable full-flavored late spring white tea from Fujian Province, China. It's a cousin to Silver Needle, but whereas Silver Needle is made entirely of new growth buds, Shou Mei is made of more mature leaves for a more deeply flavored and more affordable white tea.
