2025 High Mountain Oolong from Shan Lin Xi
This Shan Lin Xi Taiwanese oolong comes from high mountain gardens at 1,600 meters in Nantou county, where the cool air and elevation create ideal growing conditions for the Qing Xin cultivar. Tea has been grown in this famous region since the 1970s, making it one of Taiwan's most respected oolong producing areas.
The tea has a light, sweet texture that's smooth and refreshing. We noticed aromatics of sweet butter and gardenia with a clean, fragrant finish that lingers pleasantly. Overall this is a welcome easy drinker that's perfect for these sunny days.
