Jade Mountain Light Baked Oolong from Taiwan

This light baked Jade Mountain Oolong from Taiwan is exceptionally cozy and comforting.  It was purposefully aged for several months and then baked.  The delicate tea blossoms in the mouth and nose with mellow floral notes and a delicious nutty aroma.  It's sweet and comfortable and the baking is well integrated.  Highly recommended.

Hand-picked, from a pristine, secluded garden 1700 m above sea level. 

Early spring 2022 harvest baked to perfection in 2023. Naturally farmed, but not certified organic.  Qing Xin varietal.
