Spring Shan Moc Green from Vietnam

Hand-picked from old tea trees in Hoang Su Phi area, Ha Giang Province, this early harvest green steeps thick and serious.  It's got a bit of backbone and a lot of vibrancy with powdery floral notes and a lingering fresh sweetness.
