Lai Châu Green Tea from Vietnam

We featured this Lai Châu Province wild grown Vietnamese green tea in a recent Monthly Tea Club and have just a bit left to share.  I highly recommend this special green tea - it's vibrant and crisp with a really nice sweet vegetal quality that tastes very clean.  It's thick and rich, but it somehow managed to dodge the overly astringent bullet that so many large leaf green teas seem to fall victim to.  It can re-steep multiple times and really is not fussy at all.  

Lai Châu Green Tea was grown at around 2000 m elevation and was harvested in spring of 2023.
