Cindy Chen's Floral Jin Jun Mei

Cindy Chen's Floral Jin Jun Mei is a gorgeous, tight, expressive black tea from Tong Mu Guan.  Made using the original cultivar of Tong Mu (Caicha), the tea is incredibly elegant with plump sweet floral and honey aromas and a balanced mouthfeel.  Grown at about 1000 meters elevation from a protected area, this special tea is a must try.  Chen often makes Floral Jin Jun Mei, but she doesn't often make it from the original Tong Mu tea plant.
