Organic Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers

Blue Butterfly Pea flowers make a fun and really beautiful herbal infusion.  The flowers turn blue when infused in water and can turn to purple or even fuchsia with the addition of citrus.  The taste is very fresh and lightly vegetal.  Butterfly Pea Flowers are delicious on their own, but they also can be an exciting addition to your cocktail, mocktail, or lemonade game.
