We're always thrilled to have our annual Japanese Yuzu Kukicha back for the the winter. Yuzu is a marvelously tantalizing citrus, reminiscent of a sweeter grapefruit. Blend yuzu with the mellow sweetness of kukciha and you've got a holiday treat to savor, as the tea is only available for a very short while. Grab at least a small amount while it's available.
Green tea, yuzu, and matcha
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 1 minute1 with 180-degree water.
