2023 Ye Sheng Ya Bao White Tea from Mangshi County

These Ya Bao from Dehong Prefecture in western Yunnan are tasty, furry little tea yummies that are actually made from baby axillary buds not terminal leaf buds.  They are ultra forgiving to steep, with quite pleasant notes of fresh pine and summer meadows.  The infusion is light, silky, and aromatic, perfect for hot summer days and nights.
