Our Whisky Barrel Smoked Black Tea steeps sweet with just an edge of smoke. The wood and smoke on this tea is by no means overwhelming. The black tea base is very typical of high end Japanese black teas with an enticing floral quality and lots of juicy brightness. The liquor is amber colored, indicating a lighter oxidized black tea. Overall the character is well-integrated and inviting.
