Qing Xin Ali Shan Oolong from Taiwan

From the Ruifeng area of the Ali Shan mountain range in central/southeast Taiwan, this Taiwanese High Mountain oolong is light, fresh, breezy, and mellow with classic notes of mountainous forest and concentrated florals.  The mouthfeel is exceptionally smooth.  The tea is easy to steep with very minimal astringency.
