Snow Sprouting Spring Green
A very fresh and light tasting Chinese green. Picked once, only in spring, this tea steeps very sweet.
Made entirely of new growth buds and buds with one leaf, the tea looks remarkably similar to a white tea because of the buds' downy, soft fur.
Entirely hand-picked, from Guangxi Province, China.
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with 180-degree water.
