Shui Mi "White Peach" Dancong

Shui Mi Dancong is one of a family of tea tree varietals from Phoenix Mountain in Guangdong Province of China. The aroma is reminiscent of white peaches and has tasting notes of peach and honeydew. The tea is sweet, luxurious with a pleasant aftertaste. Oxidized at about 25% and gently roasted.
Use 2.5 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to one and a half teaspoons per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 1 to 2 minutes with 205-degree water and re-steep multiple times.
