2024 Shou Mei Chinese White Tea (Organic)

This production of Shou Mei Chinese White Tea is really smooth and comforting.  The tea steeps very naturally sweet and well-balanced with a delicious fullness.  It's really great value for the quality, and shows well both hot and chilled.

Shou Mei is an affordable full-flavored late spring white tea from Fujian Province, China.  It's a cousin to Silver Needle, but whereas Silver Needle is made entirely of new growth buds, Shou Mei is made of more mature leaves for a more deeply flavored and more affordable white tea.
