The sakura is the famous Japanese cherry tree. It does not produce an edible fruit, but does produce a beautiful array of flowers. A beautiful Japanese flower like the cherry is a natural combination with sencha, the lofty green tea of Japan. It can be consumed under blooming cherry trees or anywhere else you are when you want a delicious and invigorating tea.
