Roasted Twig Oolong
If you want to enjoy the oolong experience but are adverse to caffeine this tea is probably the one for you. There is significantly less caffeine in the twigs than in the leaves. The roasting gives this tea superb body and flavor. When you make pots of this tea, make them small as, like other oolongs, it is good for several steepings.
Oolong tea twigs
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a heaping teaspoon for every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with 190-degree water.
