A delicious tea from Guizhou Province. This province is in a beautiful subtropical area of China well known for its fine teas within China. It is a rare treat to find these teas outside of China. Note the white in the dry leaf. That indicates that tips are used in the tea, which add flavor and give a smooth feel to the tea. This tea has been dried over charcoal and presents a distinctive nutty flavor.
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with 180-degree water.
