In this blend we have combined a high mountain Taiwanese oolong with sweet osmanthus. Both of these elements are fantastic and frequently drunk all on their own, but blending the two takes the flavor and experience to a completely different plane.
Quite floral and light, the osmanthus brings honey and apricot tones to compliments the green, fresh, floral oolong.
Oolong tea, osmanthus, natural osmanthus extract
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 1 to 2 minutes with 205 degree water. Great for multiple re-infusions.
