Organic Shimen Silver Tip - Green Tea from China

From the Tianhua region of northwest Hunan Province, our Organic Shimen Silver Tip tea is a refreshingly mellow baked green tea.  It is exceptionally smooth and rich, with a slightly minerally mouthfeel.  The tea steeps pale yellow with vegetal and very slightly floral aromatics.

This is Pre-Qing Ming tea from the early spring 2022 Harvest.  Pluck is one bud and one tender leaf.
