A number of Asian countries add ginger and orange together to make a tea. The ginger gives it spiciness and the orange adds sweetness and flavor. We have taken that one step further and added the mixture to a first-rate blend of black teas.
black tea, ginger pieces, orange peel, artificial (nature-identical) flavor.
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with boiling water. This tea is tasty as is or with sweetener. We do not recommend this tea with milk as the orange, being a citrus, may cause the milk to curdle.
