The Khagorijian Assam is a really beautiful, much loved Assam. We're excited to have the 2020 harvest available again this year, after too long of an absence.
This is a relatively light-bodied tea as far as Assam black teas go. There is a delightfully fresh, almost meadow-like aroma. The tea has a natural sweetness that is quite pleasant. This is a tea that could be drunk with milk, but doesn't need it in order to be delicious. It pairs very well with food.
