Come explore a wide variety of black teas with us on May 20. We'll be tasting through unblended teas from at least six different origins (hopefully more, depending on how quickly the 2019 spring teas make their way to us this year). On deck are teas from Yunnan, Anhui, Taiwan, Assam, Darjeeling, and Nepal.
The goal for the class is to foster an experiential understanding of what makes each of these types of black tea unique to make you a more skilled consumer of black tea.
Tickets to the class must be purchased in advance. Space is limited to 8 people so that we can make the best tea for the group and have a great learning experience. Class runs from 6:30 pm to 8:15 pm.
Each ticket holder to the class will receive a special cup and a 10 % discount on all teas and tea wares purchased after class ends until we close for that evening.
