2023 Da Xue Shan Ye Sheng Ya Bao White Tea

This early spring harvest of Ya Bao comes from Da Xue Shan mountain in Yongde County.  Ya Bao are little baby axillary buds, not leaf buds, and they are tasty as heck!  Light and extremely fragrant, very easy to steep, and go for many re-infusions,  these Ya Bao make great companions on a summer day or outdoor adventure. 

These Ya Bao are from wild growing trees on Big Snow Mountain (Da Xue Shan).  They taste of wild berries and pine with just a little hint of cannabis terpenes.
