Our crème brulee is a variation on a theme that we are sure you will enjoy. It is a healthy low calorie liquid dessert with sweet notes of toasted caramel and rooibos.

Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 5 or more minutes with boiling water.
