Anji Bai Chinese Green
A beautiful handmade, high end green from Zhejiang Province in China. Grown near expansive bamboo forests. The tea is light with notes of lemon and sugar.
Use 2 grams of tea for every 6 ounces of water. Generally this works out to a teaspoon and a half per every 6 ounces of water. Steep for 3 minutes with 180-degree water.
