This white tea cake from 2020 is a really sweet, easy to drink, bright and aromatic early aged tea. It's young enough to still retain some of the exuberant freshness we enjoy from high quality Fujianese Bai Mu Dan Whites. We noticed aromatics of crisp pear, light herbals, a touch of cucumber, and of course plenty of sweet and easy going florals. This tea will continue to age and become even better with time and proper storage.
