2013 Gong Mei Aged White Tea

This tea is dope!  Aged white teas are becoming really popular and many of them leave us still wanting, but not this fella.  This 2013 Gong Mei from Fuding steeps thick and amber colored with loads of honey and spice qualities.  There is a fair amount of silver tips blended in with the mature, multi-colored leaves.  This tea can go all day too... you can easily get 10 or so steepings from it and then after that you can always cold steep or boil the leaves.  

This 2013 Gong Mei aged white is really special... more than the sum of its parts.  The energy is soothing yet doesn't dull your senses and the flavor and body keeps you enticed and present.
